• Responsible for the Quality, health, safety & environment management of the organization
• Responsible for HACCP and other system certification & roll outs
• Develop Sustainability Plan, measure it & publish it along with core sustainability team members
• Investigate, analyze customer complaints, root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
Manage departmental performance & activities within policies and standards
Spearheaded the HACCP Certification of Main Logistics & Distribution Centre and Production
• Responsible for the overall food safety / quality system of the organization
• Responsible for internal food safety audits across the Company facilities
