1. Ensure both you and your staffs maintain the laid down annual maintenance contract and maintain utmost confidentiality in all matters
2. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
3. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
4. Effective support to the Executive Manager from you and your support staff to contribute to company’s Growth and Profitability
5. Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Manager
6. Regular meetings with the Executive Manager around operational planning
7. Monitor and supervise your team on a daily basis and also do the meeting with Division Manager
8. Put forward suggestions for system corrections and improvement of procedures with a view to providing enhanced security and control
9. Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
10. Have a complete knowledge of the company’s manuals/process/circulars and keep abreast of the latest developments in the company’s products
11. Liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the location, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance
12. Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules
13. Provide feedback to the management on customers’ reactions to our products and suggest new company products after analysis of customer reactions
14. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery.
