MEP Manager B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited academic institution ? MSc in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution ? PMP Certification ? Professional registration as an Engineer n-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing techniques Job Responsibilities: Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction ? Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades ? Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner) ? Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading
2. Technical Manager Minimum of eight years experience at Technical Manager level or equivalent. Chartership in Engineering or Architecture. Exposure to mix use/commercial schemes. Experience in concrete steel and traditional masonary build An excellent understanding of built structure form. Demonstration of a high level of competency with regard to analytical thinking and problem solving.
1. To be responsible for the preparation of detailed constructional drawings, the negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals to achieve and monitor the optimum timing programmes 2. To be responsible for identifying and resolving technical design and constructional problems
