Job purpose
The primary function of the role is to get quotations from Insurance companies for the agents, sales consultants and sales managers. The role is more to do with underwriter function in which he/she is expected to understand all the parameters of a lead (starting from no: of staff, claims ratio, BOR, DHA approved plans etc) and then get the most competitive quote.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibility
• Liaise with Insurance companies and get quotes
• Issue insurance policies post confirmation from clients
• To make sure there are no communication gaps between the policy terms and customer understanding
• Meet the revenue targets set
Duties
• Manage the quote management system.
• Follow up on the quotes released on a daily basis and close it
• Make sure daily, monthly and yearly sales revenue targets are met
• Liaise with Insurance companies and add products in to the portfolio

• Lead conversion ratio Actual Vs Target
Qualifications
Education: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%
Skills: Excellent communication skills
Characteristics: Go getter and leadership abilities
