Key Responsibilities•The primary function is to proactively and effectively handle all BME legal affairs starting from all types of contract, drafting, and coordination with all parties till finalization. •Providing legal support to the company whenever applicable.Job s•Company Set Up, Restructuring & Legal Compliances for the Company and its affiliates. •Drafting and Vetting of all Legal Documents of the Company and its affiliates. •Dispute Settlement and Litigation for the Company and its affiliates. •Trade License Renewals and Other Company Certificates •Trademark Registrations, Renewals and Defense of the Company and its affiliates. •Records Retention, Document Control and Project Tracking for the Company and its affiliates.The Successful Applicant •The successful candidate must have 5 years of Experience in gradual legal roles with mandatory 2 years U.A.E. experience. UAE Commercial Laws knowledge. Excellent English written and commutations skills. •You must have gained experience in a developed market place / multinational organization. •It is essential that you hold a Law Degree.
