Job Description:
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
– 5-7 years’ experience in developing large/ enterprise level applications based on EMC Documentum Technologies
– EMC Certification preferred not mandatory
– Responsible for enhancing and developing the EMC Documentum product = “TaskSpace”
– Expertise in DFC,DQL and Java based Webservices (JAXWS, AXIS2) APIs – all preferred
– Experience in implementing Captiva based scanning solutions mandatory
– Experience with Documentum Composer mandatory
– SQL script writing; Oracle 9i/10g and SQL Server a definite plus
Scope of the role:
– Administration and support of Content Servers/docbrokers, search engine server, and Apache Tomcat application server.
– Administration skills and experience in deploying web-apps on J2EE app servers including Tomcat, and WebLogic.
– Using FormBuilder and Process Builder
– Implementing and Customizing Workflows
– Plan and apply Documentum upgrades and patches.
– Provide investigation and analysis of production problems needed for resolution planning. (Investigate and resolve production work orders).
– Effectively communicate with developers, business analysts, customers and other stakeholders.
– Provide system administration support including server and client installations, and associated documentation required to optimize the performance of this system.
– Monitor and provide performance tuning to system components as required to ensure optimum system functionality.
– Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while paying close attention to details.
– Ability to work independently and manage own priorities, as well as function within the team environment
