We are hiring Executive Head Chef (European / South African National) with experience in (Mediterranean & American cuisine) must have experienced in 5* star hotels in Dubai or GCC. The incumbent should be aware of fusion style, American and international cuisines. Must able to manage kitchen operation, menu engineering, food costing and P&L.
