– To handle some of the biggest clients (multinational companies) and serve as the clients’ first point-of-contact.
– Liaise and offer support in terms of reporting and follow-up of projects implementation.
– Maintain excellent relations with customers and provide day-to-day support on their queries and questions.
– Must be good in Excel and Powerpoint
