Sales Co-ordinator – Arabic Speaking Female (Sharjah)

JD as below :- Respond to all the sales queries via phone and email. Prepare quotation, Pro forma invoice and sales orders. Post orders for all the local sales in the production Co-ordinate with the customers and logistics department regarding shipping details and documentation requirement by customer’s Liaise between different departments in order to get approval for posting the order into production Process order’s into ERP system after approval from accounts. Follow up with the production department Focus on managing schedule for the deliveries of the order’s Track sales Order’s to ensure that they are scheduled and sent on time. Prepare reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis for Local Sales team. Contact the customer’s for any new order’s Arab Speaking female candidates are preferred for this position.
