Must be: • With pleasing personality • Between 20-30yrs old • With excellent communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage • Computer Literate • Good in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook • Self-motivated and can work under pressure • Team Player • Good in communicating verbal and written • Can work under pressureDuties & Responsibilities: • Giving correct information to the customers • Answers incoming customer call regarding mall information and its retail units and service questions and general client concerns • Answers incoming call and direct it to the concerned department when needed • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport • Willing to work and communicate with the management team to stay updated on a daily basis. • Handling Lost and Found and other tenants concern • Keeping the reception clean and presentable to the customers • Can communicate and report with the supervisor or line manager when needed • Working on a holidaysIf qualified send you’re CV & Picture at info@themall.co.aeNote: Only qualified candidates will be invited for the interview.
