? Serve as a single point of contact for commercial staff in providing them with information on vehicle availability, FlexiPlan terms and conditions, handling quotation requests in conjunction with FlexiPlan Business Analyst, client inquiries regarding vehicle extensions and returns, etc.
? Manage the entire order to delivery process for FlexiPlan vehicles to ensure minimum idle vehicle period
? Resolve issues with suppliers pertaining to FlexiPlan vehicles
? Gather market data and work with Head – New Initiatives to ensure FlexiPlan offering stays competitive
? Visit garage locations on an ongoing basis to ensure vehicles are properly stored and serviced.
? SLAs to be initiated with the vendor and measured on a monthly basis.
? Coordinate vehicle delivery to clients and collection from clients by communicating directly with garages and account managers
? Monitor vehicle mileage and schedule maintenance stops for the vehicles at appropriate
? Monitor the utilization of the FlexiPlan fleet on a weekly basis
? Monitor list of terminating vehicles from regular operations and propose vehicle additions to the FlexiPlan fleet.
? Manage & monitor GHQ fleet. Maximise the utilization for GHQ fleet.
? Update NOLS with the required data on FlexiPlan & GHQ vehicles.
? Continuous look out for back-up vendors/suppliers to handle all FlexiPlan requirements.
? Monitor clients with high mileage variations
