With Working/Employment Visa also can Apply 3. Immediately JoiningResponsibilities:PRINCIPLE DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES • Liaising with: – ? Sub-contractors: to ensure programmes are maintained and services are co-ordinated effectively ? Site Manager: sub-contractors programmes and co-ordination ? Quantity Surveyor: on cost issues ? Site Clerk: material and plant requisitioning ? Purchasing Manager: procurement of bulk items ? Quality & Environmental manager : maintaining site records. ? H&S Officer: promoting the implementation of the safety management system • Implementation of daily and weekly programmes together with the issue of programme detail to sub-contractors • Attending weekly management team meeting. • Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities • Compiling labour allocation sheets for Bennett direct and hired labour • Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site • Coordinating and managing of subcontractors • Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards • Dealing with all health and safety issues on site • Ability to motivate labourers and sub-contractors • Provide clear leadership and direction to the site team while maintaining a professional manner is essential. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED • Trade Qualified Carpenter required (other suitable and relevant trade backgrounds may be considered) • Preferably 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience • Ability to work to tight deadlines • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills • Proven track record in Retail/Commercial Fit-out Projects • Basic use of emails, computer use desirable Please send your updated CV with recent Photo and DegreeCertificate to email add intlcontracting.ae@gmail.comConstruction high rise building Edit Ad
