Required Front Desk Coordinator / Sales Coordinator responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Filing and scanning the documents.
Replying emails and arranging quotations for clients.
Able to handle ledgers and invoicing.
Candidate with back ground in UAE accounts department would be preferred.
Only male candidates with ability to speak Hindi, English and acceptable Arabic will be preferred.
