Senior Sales Personnel for Safety Products

• Technically and commercially competent in complete range of ppe (Personal Protection Equipment).
• Should have a detailed pre existing supplying base for local & international customers. Should have the ability to open and close techno/commercial offers for LTPA’s.
• Negotiate prices, lead times and delivery of materials from vendors
• Provide timely quotations and delivery lead times to clients
• Prepare Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, related documents and forms
• Follow up regularly with vendors and clients with status of orders
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors
• Have the ability to handle any complex bid preparation
• Liaise with accounts for performance and bid bonds and vendor payments
• Should be able to access and incorporate local taxes, duties or any other documentation charges in the bids as required
• Active participation in Trade fairs, etc.
• Should be able to make business presentations and interact with clients
• Handle customer queries and complaints and manage relationships
• Preparation of reports – Monthly, Quarterly, Strategy and others when required
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in science or allied fields.Preferable experience in local ppe market.
• Minimum of 3 years of hard core sales field experience.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English/Malyalam/Hindi. Knowledge of spoken Arabic preferred
• Financial / Commercial understanding
• Technical awareness
• Knowledge of Quality Management
