We are looking for experienced and talented General Office Clerk for our firm , location Dubai.
Job :
Responsible for entering purchase orders into database
Follow up with customers about recent orders
General clerical duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
Assisting Sales Department
Front desk coverage as needed
Perform various reporting tasks• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
Job Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Industry experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Strong communication skills
Able to interact and lead in teams
Must have strong organizational skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation, company is not easily accessible by bus.
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen in accordance with company policies.
Proficient/Expert in MS Office 2010 or higher (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
