Female Receptionist & Telesales Executive required for a company in leading consumer goods industry in Dubai with the following qualifications:
– Minimum 2-4 years experience in telesales and customer service
– Should be able to join immediately
– Should be fluent in English and another language (Arabic / Hindi etc.)
– Diploma / Professional Qualification in Business Administration/Marketing
– Minimum 1-2 year experience into Marketing/Sales, Recruitment and Administration
-You should create a good client base and should work independently to bring in the business. Your responsibility is to identify the clients, convince them and generate the income by focusing on our services.
-you should be dynamic, goal oriented and able to handle end to end recruitment.
-You should be willing to travel (if required) and visit companies to generate new business.
-You should use the social and professional networking sites, media, newspapers, directory or other sources to identify new prospected clients and call them get appointments and finish up the deal.
-You should be able to get vacancy details from employers and build up good relationships with the employers as well as the job seekers.
-You should be able to meet targets for vacancies filled and people placed.
-Overall you should have good organizational skills, professional communication skills and the ability to work with people across all levels of an organization.
-You should possess strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit and handle all aspects from Marketing to HR to Recruitment.
-To perform the duties of a Receptionist.
