Job : 1. Welcomes customers by greeting them in person or on telephone. 2. Takes care of the customers’ needs in a very friendly manner by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customers’ requirements are met. 3. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipts of delivery. 4. Ensures reception area is tidy and presentable. 5. Resolved administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions. 6. Provides support to the accountant through data entries, filing, and retrieval. 7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 8.
