We have a new and exciting opportunity for a FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE to join a Dubai based International Freight and Transport organisation, in their Middle Eastern Freight division.
The role of a FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE will be working in a busy fast paced Customer Service Department and the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with and actioning incoming calls from both internal & external customers, suppliers and Agents regarding Freight shipments/bookings.
It will also involve managing Key Account customers, answering their enquiries and queries, Tracing & Tracking Freight, keeping customers updated at all times, acknowledgment of deliveries, collections and bookings, data Entry and all Freight Administration and ensuring accurate costings and revenues are applied to each shipment.
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has gained experience of working in a Customer Service environment in the Freight & Logistics industry, possesses excellent communication and organisational skills and a professional approach to their work
Successful candidates will meet ALL of the following criteria:
You must be based in the UAE
You must have experience within a Customer Service role, within a Supply Chain / Logistics Department
You must have experience of Freight Forwarding – ideally Sea Freight
Should have good written and spoken command in English. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi would be an advantage
