Ensuring Site Safety.
Managing parts of the construction project.
Overseeing the project work.
Setting out site and organizing facilities.
Supervising contracted staff
Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
Liaising with clients, subcontracts and other professional staff.
Checking and preparing site reports, design drawings, providing technical advice.
Problem Solving
Calculating the Time and Action Plan, checking the efficiency of the Workers, Supervisors etc.
