Industry: Call Center & BPO
You will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. You will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks and repairing or replacing equipment as necessary. Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests. You will provide technical support across the company (person and over the phone) and setting up accounts for new users.
