4. Managing & guiding staff performance & achievements,
duties, daily activity reports.
5. Lead team of specialists in monitoring and analysing
market trends.
6. Using a range of tools & techniques to motivate the
sales team.
7. Defining & incorporating annual, quarterly & monthly
sales targets.
8. Giving customer feedback to management & put
forward possible suggestions & solutions for problems.
