PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER 07 NOS
EXPERIENCE 07-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN OIL AND GAS WITH EPC CLIENT
QUALIFICATION : B.TECH IN MECHANICAL
CERTIFICATE MUST BE ATTESTED FROM SAUDI EMBASSY AND HOME COUNTRY
SALARY BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE
NATIONALITY : INDIAN & PAKISTANI ONLY CAN APPLY
Key responsibilities Included:
Pipeline route selection
Pipeline basis of Design
Mechanical design, i.e. wall thickness, preliminary stress analysis, expansion analysis, and free-span analysis
Development of material take-offs
Development of material specifications and data sheets
Development of construction and inspection (NDT) specifications
Preparation of Pipeline EPC scopes of work
Input to EPC schedules and Cost Estimate
Engineering degree qualified or chartered engineer status preferred
Experience as a Lead Engineer or Principal Engineer on a major Pipeline Project
Requires previous experience on the mechanical and civil design of onshore pipeline projects and the project execution strategies associated with pipeline procurement and construction
Proven track record in FEED and detailed design experience. PMC and construction experience is an advantage
Able to develop pipeline installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance analysis and procedures
Familiar with the relevant International standards and Codes of Practice and competent in the design, specification and selection of pipeline systems to meet the requirements therein
Experienced in the use of pipeline design software ( AutoCAD, Microstation, CAESAR II) is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint is required
Sound appreciation of material selection, process design and HSEQ aspects of oil and gas design and ability to develop material specification
Experience in the development of material requisitions and construction scopes of work
Experience working with Middle East clients is an advantage
